Mission Statement:
The Health & Fitness Department provides opportunities for the JCC community to participate in a welcoming and comfortable exercise and fitness environment and meets emerging needs for life-long health and well-being.

Welcome to Aquatics, Fitness, Sports and Wellness at the St. Paul JCC. Embark on a journey where you can jump, swim, play, learn and discover the best of what we offer to meet your personal needs while developing and maintaining a healthy attitude toward life. We offer a warm, friendly and inviting approach to the Jewish value of caring for the body (shemirat haguf).

Get involved in programs ranging from Pilates, Personal Training & Group Training to Guided Exercise for adults through the aging process. Try out Log Rolling, indoor/outdoor Sports Camps, Basketball Leagues, Swimming Lessons and a variety of other opportunities. Workout out in the Fitness Center and relax afterwards with a soothing massage.

Facilities

The St. Paul JCC fitness facilities include 84°F pool, cushioned running track, Fitness Center, gym, and racquetball and tennis courts (outdoors). Our Fitness Center includes stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, free weights and the latest Cybex strength-training equipment. All of our facilties are fully-staffed with knowledgeable instructors.
