Moving Out of Pain with Feldenkrais
Wednesdays, February 22 - March 28, 6:45-8:15 pm (No class March 7)

Dive deeper into the theory, practice, and benefits of the Feldenkrais Method with this five-week introductory course. The course is designed especially for people who are experiencing significant pain or movement limitations.
Each 90-minute class will include:
- Beginner Feldenkrais lesson tailored to the needs of the group
- Discussion about the ideas at work and how to apply them in day-to-day life
- Specific homework recommendations from the book Relaxercise, a simple, illustrated “Feldenkrais basics” manual (book included with fee)
The only prerequisite is being able to get up and down off the floor. Bring a bath towel to fold for head support in class.
Space is limited to 15 people (drop-in tickets not available) registration ends February 15. The instructor will contact you one week prior to the start of class.
