We have transformed the Pilates Studio to the
Core Conditioning Studio which will house our new TRX classes.

Pilates Mat Classes - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Pilates Mat classes, based on the work of Joseph Pilates, are a highly effective mental and physical conditioning method emphasizing postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance, mental concentration and breathing. The St Paul JCC offers a variety of mat classes from beginning through advanced formats in traditional as well as contemporary concepts.

- All Pilates Mat Classes require additional fees.
- Registration is first come first served.
- Classes with fewer than 8 registered participants during the first week of classes may be canceled.
