The St. Paul JCC has always been known as a place to learn Jewish culture and values. It has also always been a place to play...basketball, racquetball, tennis, volleyball, flag football, tennis, floor hockey and much more.
The St. Paul JCC offers sports for all ages, from pre-school to "old timer". With our gymnasium, three racquetball courts, and two outdoor tennis courts, we've got the space to offer exceptional programs! If you're looking for a place to play the St. Paul JCC has just what you're looking for.

Open to the Public
The official self-defense system of the Israeli defense forces, Krav Maga is a simple, effective system that emphasizes basic instinctive movements, practical techniques and realistic training in self-defense for adults of all ages. Described as hand-to-hand combat this system was developed for the Israeli military as a form of self-defense and has since been adapted for civilians, police, military and body guards around the world.

This Korean style of karate is an excellent conditioning and self-defense sport.
The St. Paul JCC Tae Kwon Do program is a co-ed program for beginners, intermediates and advanced players 12 years of age and older. Registration is open to the public and is available on-line or at the St. Paul JCC front desk or 651-698-0751.
