(Last heat starts at 12 pm, you will receive your start time one week prior to the event.)
This fun and exciting indoor event is just what you need to shake off the winter blues and get you ready for summer exercise. You can choose to complete either the short course or long course (see below). All participants will swim, bike and run/walk. Heats of 6-8 people will start in the pool every 30 minutes.
Ages 13 and up are welcome to participate.
All participants receive a t-shirt.

Triathlon Training Tips
Work on you speed and endurance. Use intervals to increase your speed and use lower intensity workouts to build your time.
Mix it Up! Cross train combining 2 different events during your workout - run and bike, swim and run or bike and swim.
Registration Fee is $20 members, $30 non-members (must be sponsored by participating member).
