MASTERS SWIMMING PRACTICE

Join our coaches for an organized practice for participants age 18+. This group is open to all speed and skill levels. Our goal is to help adult swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals and offer active sup-port for a healthy lifestyle through friendship and camaraderie.
ECC ENRICHMENT • AGES 3–5
TUESDAYS, SEPTEMBER 3–24 • 11–11:30 AM
Learn to twist, turn, and tumble in this beginner class. Motor skills, social skills, self-awareness, and self-confidence are developed, while learning basic gymnastics skills in a fun environment.
WEDNESDAYS, SEPTEMBER 4–25 • 2:30–3 PM
Learn the fundamentals of sports that use paddles! Learn how to swing a paddle and hit a ball, while working on hand and eye coordination! We will look at the basics of tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and badminton in this fun-filled class!
THURSDAYS, SEPTEMBER 5–26 • 9:30–10 AM
In this class, we will learn the fundamentals of sports that include kicking a ball! We will learn all about soccer and kickball in this high energy class!
