Join others for a Zoom group coaching session around the topic of “How do you support your own resilience during the time of COVID-19?” Sessions are strength-based conversations between a small group who learn from one another around key issues. As an individual member, you will have the opportunity to deepen your awareness, set individual goals and share accountabilities.
