Increase strength, build muscle and burn calories in this intense Kettlebell class. Combine cardiovascular and strength exercises for the ultimate, total-body workout. Participants should be able to get down on the floor, and have no shoulder mobility limitations. This class combines technique drills with a workout. Plan to remove your shoes to maximize stability as you work.
