Barre utilizes the ballet barre (or a chair) to perform small isometric movements and pulses that will target your glutes, legs, core and arms. Barre will give you a total body, low impact workout in record time.

A muscle building and conditioning class focusing on increasing strength. Class will be a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight to sculpt and define the whole body.
