Our wide range of group exercise classes is sure to keep you on your toes! We offer a range of Live Group Ex classes and have spaced out our studios so you’ll have plenty of room to move, sweat and smile! Class size is limited and reservations are required. Reservations can be made three days before each class.

Oula Dance Fitness
High energy, easy to learn, dance workout to top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy and total inspiration.
Muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. You will perform traditional weight-training moves in a group class setting.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. In this fun and upbeat class, upper-body strength work with props is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers® Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Ride with the pack to fitness. In this cycle class, you will focus on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. Sport Ride will focus on improving performance and will provide results with structured and effective training.

Easy Latin Dance steps, international rhythms, and safe exercise make up the dance craze that has swept the globe. This is exercise in disguise.
