Bootcamp

Designed to improve your fitness level, motivation, and accountability. Bootcamp incorporates fun, effective workouts, a supportive community, and personalized coaching. It’s more than achieving fitness goals; it’s about accomplishing sustainable results!

 

Feldenkrais Method®

Move better, feel better! Everything we do in life involves sensation and movement, and the Feldenkrais Method® harnesses both, using your brain’s deepest means of improvement (scientists call it “neuroplasticity”) to create change. This class uses exploratory movement and guided attention to evoke new, more efficient neuro-muscular patterns, reducing pain, tension, and fatigue, and improving your coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, and focus. Speed healing, reduce the risk of future injury, and learn to use your whole self more efficiently and pleasurably in all you do at the gym, at work, and at play.

 

Hardstyle Kettlebells

Take a traditional approach and learn kettlebell fundamentals correctly and safely, enjoying maximal benefits. Take the brakes off your strength and train with a StrongFirst Instructor.

 

Israeli Dance

Get your groove on with Israeli dance! This multi-level class combines both traditional and modern Israeli dance for all-inclusive, Israeli fun! Class payment is made to the instructor each week.

 

Krav Maga

The official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga is a self-defense method emphasizing instinctive movements, practical techniques and realistic training for adults of all ages.

 

Tae Kwon Do

Gain increased flexibility, poise, endurance, focus and strength by participating in this Korean martial arts class. Learn to spar, perform advanced punches and kicks, complete complex forms and master a variety of other self-defense techniques. Positive reinforcement and respect are paramount in this high energy atmosphere. The teacher/student ratio allows for many one-on-one instruction opportunities.

 

T’ai Chi Chih

T’ai Chi Chih is a soft, flowing moving meditation. Not only is it easy to learn, it brings peace of mind and improved health.
