Looking to push yourself to the next level? Highly specialized instructors teach a wide variety of modalities in these small, registration-based classes. Not all classes are offered every session.

 

Bootcamp
Designed to improve your fitness level, motivation, and accountability. Bootcamp incorporates fun, effective workouts, a supportive community, and personalized coaching. It’s more than achieving fitness goals; it’s about accomplishing sustainable results!

Tae Kwon Do
Gain increased flexibility, poise, endurance, focus and strength by participating in this Korean martial arts class. Learn to spar, perform advanced punches and kicks, complete complex forms and master a variety of other self-defense techniques. Positive reinforcement and respect are paramount in this high energy atmosphere. The teacher/student ratio allows for many one-on-one instruction opportunities.


VIRTUAL KICK OFF EVENT – RESOLUTION REBOOTCAMP

Give your New Year’s resolutions a re-do in this fun. Challenging and effective workout! You will receive a trainer led, heart pounding workout.

RESOLUTION RE-DO
JANUARY 25 – MARCH 6
$30
Need a “re-do” on last year’s resolutions? Don’t give up on your goals! Sign up for RESOLUTION RE-DO. You’ll meet with a trainer for a 20 minute goal-setting session to help you set a six week goal plan. Whether it’s working out 3x/week or losing 10 pounds, a trainer can help you stay on the right track.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 20 minute consultation with a trainer to set your goal and create an action plan around it
  • 3 Trainer Led Virtual Workout options
    • Tuesdays • 7 AM with Meg
    • Wednesdays • 6 PM with Meg
    • Fridays • 1:15 PM with Jena
  • Reach your goal at the end of the six weeks and accumulate at least 10 Group Class Points and receive $50 in Fitness Bucks to use on a future fitness purchase
  • Trainer led workouts = 2 points per class; Group Exercise class = 1 point per class
