Group Coaching at the J

Our group coaching will upgrade your life by giving you the support of a coach and community. Our groups are designed to give you structure, be fun and allow you to achieve more.

THREE OPTIONS TO MEET ALL ABILITY LEVELS

ACTIVE
Learn just what your body can do in this foundation-level class that is committed to helping everyone make progress and get stronger. ACTIVE is a class for anyone who is ready to move and feel better and work up a sweat!

BUILD
Reach a little higher and challenge yourself with a skill-building, conditioning focus surrounded by others who are ready to cheer you on as you push the limits of your comfort zone. Gain strength, focus and a real transformation when you BUILD with us!

PERFORM
Prepare for the ultimate challenge. PERFORM requires a champion mindset developed only when you’re ready to achieve personal bests with others who share your drive. If you have a singular commitment to doing the work in an all-out sweat fest, PERFORM will push you to new heights.

 


J-COMM: A GROUP COACHING EVENT
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17 • 11 AM – 1 PM
FREE • OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to successfully complete the J-COMM Challenge – a workout that will keep you on your toes! From strength exercises like squats and pushups, to conditioning exercises like J Makers and Medball slams, J-Comm will give you the workout you’ve been looking for, while having fun!

Share your mission with a friend! Members and non-members are welcome. Cocktails and Snacks to follow.
