Give your New Year’s Resolutions a reboot in this fun, challenging and effective workout. You will receive personalized coaching while getting a heart pounding workout. Cool down with a short yoga session and refresh with afternoon cocktails.

Join us for a 60-minute Yoga Sculpt class with cocktails to follow. If you love vinyasa flow and want a kick-butt sculpting workout, this is the class for you. Get ready for 60-minutes of heart-pumping strength and yoga set to all the best throwback Hip-Hop tracks from the 90’s and 2000’s.

Open to members and non-members. Must be 21+ to participate.
