Get fit; make waves.

Our water exercise classes are the perfect way to get a rigorous workout that’s gentle on the joints. Choose from a variety of intensities, from our Aqua Fit for Life class to the more challenging Deep Water Fitness class! Utilizing both the shallow and deep water and a variety of equipment, you can get a full body workout with low impact on your joints.

These water exercise classes are free and don’t require registration.



Join us for this fast paced cardio workout in the pool. Any ability welcome with modifications for those who need it. Working all muscle groups while getting your heart rate up and keeping it up.



A fun and gentle pool class for participants. This class is great for people with arthritis, MS and limited-mobility conditions. Work on balance, gain strength and increase range of motion without putting strain on muscles and joints.



Increase your heart rate while working almost every muscle group using the resistance of the water and pool equipment in this low to no impact class.



Taking the principles and poses of traditional yoga and adapting them for a gentle stretching and strengthening experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. Without gravity, the body is able to stretch more deeply and move more freely, allowing you to tune into your mind and body, finding your breath and restore a peaceful connection to the world through your yoga practice. This course is taught in American Sign Language and works primarily the Deaf, Deaf Blind, Hard of Hearing or ASL community, but welcomes everyone for the cultural and language experience.



Hop into the deep end of fitness! This class uses a variety of exercises, from cardio to strength work, all while in the deep water. With the use of an aqua-jogger belt, your arms and legs are free to work against the water’s natural resistance.



Start using the pool to gain muscle, increase endurance and improve your overall health. Strength H20 is a great way to fit in your strength training with low impact movements. This course will be in both shallow and deep water.



Welcoming to all genders, shapes and sizes.  We start off with a gentle warm up to acclimate to the warm pool temperature (86 F), increase your heart rate for a good cardio workout, transition to using various resistance equipment to strengthen muscles and conclude the class with stretching and yoga poses in the pool.  Great for those coping with shoulder, hip or knee replacement and regaining balance abilities.
