We are going to the Edina Senior Center to hear Ted Hathaway, Special Collections Manager, speak on WWII propaganda posters. Some of their messages were simple, sometimes inspiring sacrifice and hard work, other times evoking fear and even hatred. Hennepin County Library’s Special Collections houses nearly 1,000 posters. You will have the opportunity to view original posters, as well as be taken on a virtual tour of the collection.
