VIRTUAL KIDS FIT CLUB
AGES 12 AND UNDER
FREE FOR MEMBERS • $24 NON MEMBERS & INACTIVE MEMBERS

Give your kids an outlet for all their energy with this four-week adventure the entire family can enjoy! Each week your child will participate in one interactive Zoom call on Sundays to inspire creativity and imagination, and three challenges that reinforce healthy habits through simple and fun activities designed to help them stay active. 

WEEK 1: MIND MASTERS
Get kids moving and thinking! Participants will have fun using their mind as much as their muscles.

WEEK 2: MOVE IT
Let kids be kids with movements that are play based and age appropriate.

WEEK 3: BRAIN FOOD
Kids will learn how to fuel their bodies for movement and a healthy lifestyle.

WEEK 4: TAKE CARE
The final week’s adventure includes a focus on supporting a child’s whole self through wind down exercises, yoga, and mindfulness.

VIRTUAL YOUTH POWER CLUB
7:30 AM & 4 PM

Whether missing your school sport or looking for fun ways to exercise with kids your own age, POWER CLUB has something for everyone! Safe, socially distanced, outdoor and indoor options for small groups.

FIT 4 TEENS
The St. Paul JCC offers a Fit-4-Teens program, which teaches teens, ages 12 – 15, various aspects of fitness and provides the educational tools they need to develop healthy habits. It is a one 1-hour session with a certified personal trainer. This training is designed to give teens all the necessary information to exercise safely and effectively.

After satisfactory completion of this training the individual will; be able to use the Fitness Center at his or her own discretion, have an understanding of the benefits of a balanced exercise program that utilizes warm-ups, cool-downs, strength training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility/stretching techniques, know the basic overview of the bones and muscles of the body and be guided through proper technique, safety precautions, and benefits of body weight, machine, and free weight strength training exercises.

The Fit For Teens program is a benefit of membership, provided to our teen members at no charge.
