Kids need to move for both physical and mental health. The JCC’s Youth Sports and Fitness programs are designed to get kids up and moving, build confidence, increase strength and inspire kids to lead healthy lifestyles.

LITTLE TRACK STARZ AND KIDS BOOTCAMP
NOON – 12:30 PM
READY, SET, MOVE! This class is specially designed to bring aspects of track and field day and bootcamp together to allow your child to channel their high level of energy into fun fitness activities and track and field games. We will be dong tug of war, hurdles, shot put, long jump and so much more!
12:45 – 1:15 PM
Come learn the fundamentals of fielding, catching, throwing, hitting and base running in a fun, positive environment! Little athletes will learn the basic skills of baseball and softball along with vital life lessons like respect, team work and responsibility.
1:30 – 2 PM
Have fun and learn soccer skills in a high-energy program designed to introduce children to using their feet, dribbling, and the basic rules of the game.
St Paul JCC has partnered with the NFL Flag Football Program to offer Co Ed leagues for youth this upcoming fall. All participants will receive a reversible NFL team jersey and an official NFL Flag Belt. Don’t miss the fun!
